Mr. Mize teaches Science 8 and Earth Science. He's been teaching for 12 years, the last 11 of which has been at John Adams.
Mr. Mize holds a BS in Recreation and Parks Management from WVU, a BA in Education from West Virginia State University, and a MS in STEM Education from Adams State University.
His favorite quote is, "When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem resembles a nail", by Abraham Maslow.
He enjoys skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, and playing guitar.
